That’s what the Nature Conservation Union (Nabu) Düsseldorf does

Since the early 1980s, the nationwide nature conservation association (Nabu) has also had a local group in Düsseldorf. There are now around 3,400 members in Düsseldorf. “Right now the trend is also rising,” says Blondin Schiefner-Földessy, who is responsible for public relations, with satisfaction. Like everyone in the local association, she works on a voluntary basis. Once a month, always on the last Monday, there is an open meeting for members and interested parties. “It’s a good idea to register in advance so that we can reserve appropriate places in the “Geissel” in Bilk,” says Schiefner-Földessy.
