Shortage of medicines: Children play a subordinate role in politics and society

Doctors and pharmacists are sounding the alarm – they are running out of medication. Pediatric medicine is hit particularly hard: sometimes fever juices are missing, sometimes anti-cancer drugs, now antibiotic juices. The conditions are symptomatic of a system to whose problems politics has hardly any answers.
