G-7 leaders visit Itsukushima Shrine with tremendous symbolism
Today’s working meetings are about the Ukraine war as well as security policy and nuclear disarmament. In between, the G-7 leaders visit the famous Itsukushima Shrine near Hiroshima: It is considered a symbol of peace and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
